Our villa on the banks of the Ruhr is located in a true golfer’s paradise: a total of 30 golf clubs are located within a 30-kilometer radius, as well as Europe’s largest TopGolf facility at Centro Oberhausen.
We particularly recommend our two in-house golf courses: the internationally renowned Kosaido International Golf Club Düsseldorf and the Golf Club Mülheim an der Ruhr Raffelberg. We are available to help you book your desired course and are happy to advise you on all questions relating to learning and playing golf.

The Raffelberg Golf Club in Mülheim an der Ruhr offers golfers of all handicaps a home away from home: whether on our 18-hole course, which can be easily integrated into your daily routine (par 61 in 3.5 hours), or on the TOPTRACER RANGE, where golfing becomes a sensation! As a guest of the villa, you receive exclusive benefits on green fees or temporary membership.

Topgolf is one of the most successful sports concepts in the English-speaking world to date. In the US, Australia, and now also in the UK, there are already around 90 locations with over 20 million visitors annually: In the immediate vicinity of the Centro in Oberhausen, a three-story driving range with a 220-meter-long target area has now opened on more than 30,000 square meters for all golf enthusiasts and leisure enthusiasts in Germany.
